June came upon us, and we found ourselves at the New Life Baptist Church in Splendora, Texas. I preached along with Brother Ronnie Barefield and Steve Parrish, and we enjoyed seeing a real move of God among the people. The church has grown in number and the people responded nightly to the messages that were preached.
After spending two weeks in Texas, it was off to Ohio. We travelled to Jackson to preach the 2nd Annual Missions Conference for Brother Jason Williams and his sweet people. This is a new church plant, and it was a blessing to teach and preach missions and watch the people respond in burden and commitment.
We travelled back to Texas to preach in the Annual East Texas Baptist Camp Meeting for Brother Dennis Erwin. It is always a wonderful time of fellowship and worship, and this year was no different. We enjoyed the different singing groups and the preachers that preached, and I am always grateful to have part in preaching one of the night services.
While in the greater Dallas area we closed out the month preaching on Sunday for Brother John Livaudais and the wonderful congregation of the Macedonia Baptist in Mesquite. It was a sweet service and Brother John, and his people were a great blessing to us.
