June 2024

Dearly Beloved Supporters,

Greetings to you all in Jesus’ lovely name! It is always with immense joy that Joni and I come to you by way of this newsletter each month. Although this has been a rough year in many respects, it is always a blessing to be involved in the Lord’s work and His calling upon our lives! June presented open doors for us, as it was our first month to be back on the road after my surgery and recovery in May. I never cease to be amazed at God’s watchful care over us and the way He provides our needs through His people, it is humbling. We started out the month serving with Brother Billy Hensarling and the New Life Baptist Church in Splendora, Texas. This is a meeting we attend every year with Brother Ronnie Barefield and Brother Steve Parrish. What a meeting it was! The Lord allowed me to preach on Sunday and lead the singing for the rest of the week as Brother Ronnie and Brother Steve preached. The church was already experiencing a touch of revival, and the attendance along with the spirit of the services were encouraging. After leaving Splendora, I travelled to Jackson, Ohio to preach a Missions Conference for Brother Jason Williams and the precious folk of the Harvest Baptist Church. It was their first conference, and the people responded positively with a faith promise offering of $30,000.00 for the coming year. They are excited about taking on missionaries and helping to get the gospel around the world. We closed out the month travelling to Vancouver, BC, Canada to preach for Brother Derrick Goette and the sweet folk of the Harvest Baptist Church in the suburb of Langley. This is a sweet church that Brother Goette started 30 years ago and has grown into a solid mission hearted church. We enjoyed the sweet fellowship of the people and their receptiveness to the Word of God. In closing, allow me to say thank you for your monthly prayer and financial support! Missions is a team effort, and we couldn’t do what we do without your willingness to partner with us. May the Lord bless you all and continue to meet your every need.
